We want our guests to enjoy Triple Creek Cottage as much as we do. Before sending us a booking inquiry, please read through our House Rules further below. If you've already done so, inquire away!

Robert Frost said, “good fences make good neighbors.” This idiom could also apply to “good house rules.” Our aim is to maintain a nice vacation rental home that is a welcome addition to this idyllic Triple Creek Acres community for us all to enjoy for years to come!

HOUSE RULES. Below is a summary of the house rules and provisions detailed in the Renter Agreement.

• Guest must be 25 or older and complete our Renter Agreement and identity verification within 48-hours of booking or the reservation may be automatically cancelled for a full refund
• Guest should receive approval for their pet(s) prior to booking; $100 pet fee
• Guest agrees to authorize a $500 refundable security deposit or credit card hold
• Check-in is 4:00 pm; any issues with cleanliness or amenities that would negatively impact the Guest's stay must be brought to the Owner's attention within 4 hours of check-in
• Check-out is 12:00 pm; see Check-out Procedures below
• No tampering with the WiFi, cameras or noise level monitoring devices
• No smoking of any kind inside the cottage; smoking is permitted outdoors in the stone fireplace pavilion
• No parties or events; registered guests only and quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
• No access to ponds on private land bordering the property
• Parking available for up to 4 vehicles on the driveway only
• Please be kind to our septic system

When inquiring about booking, we ask that guests include the following phrase in the Comments/Questions section: "Mahalo my Dude!" or simply, "Mahalo!" (You can Google it. We watched A LOT of mountain biking videos on YouTube during COVID.) This simply tells us that you've probably read through the House Rules and are making an informed reservation request, which we greatly appreciate!

Check-out Procedures:

1. Furniture and furnishings should remain or be returned to their original positions.
2. No need to strip the beds; leave sheets and blankets in place.
3. Place used bath towels and robes in the bathtub.
4. Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and in the sink.
5. Place all garbage in trash cans (located in kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, outside). Please be sure to tie shut all full kitchen-size trash bags!
6. Log out of your streaming apps.
7. Double-check for personal items.
8. Lock the windows and doors on your way out.
9. Verify hot tub cover is closed and latched.
10. Have a safe trip!
